A Heartfelt Tribute and Gratitude to Dr.Vadivel T

Heard the shocking news of Dr. Vadivel passing away on May 2nd night in Hyderabad and he was brought to Chennai for his last rites on May 3rd. It was heartbreaking news for me and my family.

Who is Dr.Vadivel:::

Dr.Vadivel.T holded all these educational qualifications: B.A.M.S, MD-Indian Allopathy, MD-Alternative Medicine, Md-Acupuncture, D.Sc - Alternative Medicine, Dip in Acupunture & Naturopathy.

He used Advanced Computerized Diagnostics Bioplasm Therapy (META-Therapy) - a frontier technology based on quantum physics.  Bio-Resonance comes from the word resonator to be in tune, in synchronization, in balance. Stress causes a block in the flow of energy, which in turn causes disease and illness. META-Therapy helps to remove these blocks. META-Therapy is non-invasive, painless and strengthens the immune system.

Dr.T.Vadivel established Dr Vel’s Clinic with a vision to serve the people with an establishment to respond to the growing demand for natural alternatives to either surgery and/or drugs that are used to treat some of today’s most debilitating and painful medical issues. By blending the oversight of modern Western medicine and the clinically proven effects of ancient Eastern medicine acupuncture he provided solutions for his patients.

Business Mint has awarded him as the Most Promising Healthcare Professional of the year 2023 in Immunotherapy and Stem Cell Therapy.

His death is definitely a great loss to 100s of his patient families who poured their heart with final messages but a greater loss to the medical world and the country for the research and advancements he was building in Immunotherapy and Stem Cell Therapy.

How We Met Dr.Vadivel?

It started with a train journey taken by my in laws. My in-laws were travelling to Hyderabad and my father-in-law happen to strike a conversation with the Dr. They spoke a range of topics throughout the journey from medicine, astrology, numerology, face reading, temples…etc. They exchange cards and my inlaws promised to meet in his Chennai clinic in the following couple of weeks when they are back to Chennai.

I joined my inlaws and visited along with them. He stated my characteristics from reading my face, his treatment gave immediate relief and my mother in law was able to manage her diabetes with his alternate medicine and reduction of strength of her diabetic tablets to prevent side effects. From then on he became our family doctor and over the years he had become more like a family friend. We discussed range of topics from school industry, business consulting., consulted with him on any family medical issues or opinion on any surgery to done for family or friends.

Going Above & Beyond for His Patients:

During 2021 Covid my paternal family was affected with Covid. I had visited back home at that time. My grandparents had high fever and had to admit them in the hospital. Both their lungs were affected badly though they tested Covid negative. I discussed their medical condition over phone everyday with doctor deliberating whether to move them to another hospital. My grandparents, chithappa had already consulted with him earlier so he knew them well too. In a couple of days of admission, my paati passed away due to cardiac arrest. I messaged him the news and I receive a call from him passing on his condolences and his conversations with paati during his consultation.

In the meantime Thaatha’s health and oxygen was reducing day by day, I consulted with him whether we can shift him to another hospital. Got medical reports from the duty doctors shared to Dr.Vadivel and he said thaatha is very unstable it can turn either ways so don’t risk transferring him but be prepared for anything mentally.

Then my first chithappa fell sick again due to covid I rushed him to the same hospital and admitted him in covid ward. He was in ICU so we had no idea of how he was, what treatment was happening…etc. Dr.Vadivel helped me by speaking to those doctors explaining medical terms to me and he explain me the reality of the situation.

The day thaatha passed away that day my sister was affected with covid and our results came back and she tested positive. He immediately helped us to find a covid ward in a hospital within a short time, coordinated with me and the doctors over phone over the next few days until she recovered and came back home.

When my first chithappa had a kidney failure Dr.Vadivel immediately called me and informed me of the situation. He was working along with those doctors over phone, guiding them even in the middle of the night, early morning when chithappa passed away Dr.Vadivel was the one to call me and break the news.

5 days later my second chithappa was again affected with covid, Dr.Vadivel helped me get admission, get updates from doctors, talk to me on the reality of the situation. Which doctor negotiates on the per day charges with the hospital he did that for us because he knew admitting 5 people from a family and paying for those expenses everyday was not easy. We had to shift my 2nd chithappa to Omandur due to unavailability of ICU bed when he required.

Dr.Vadivel supported me everyday patiently getting medical update whatever the doctors gave me and explaining me what could be the outcome. When we had to give permission whether to put my first chithappa on ventilator or not. Dr.Vadivel helped us by explaining implications, pros, cons and said you take the decision.

Dr.Vadivel gave homeo medicines for me, my mom and chithi to help us go through all these. Everyday me and chithi were travelling to Omandarur hospital Covid ward with 1000s of patients getting exposed to covid patients day in and day out. We had to take care of Chithappa, remove his oxygen mask to give him water or juice. He could cough and we could be exposed only the homeo medicines he gave helped us sail through those tough times.

Few months after the covid deaths in the family, there were few instances when he had called me after seeing my whatsapp status and call me to remind me that patience is a part of life. Everything gets better with time and be patient enough till such time.

Our family has lost a great well-wisher and guide who protected us in all ways possible. You went above and beyond to help us. There is a quote by Seneca the Younger which is apt and I dedicate it to Dr.Vadivel. “People pay the doctor for his trouble, for his kindness they still remain in his debt.”

Our family is forever indebted to him and my pranams and gratitude to him!! Thank You Doctor for Being There for Us When We Needed the Most!! We went to see him one last time to pay our respect and gratitude to him….

Regards,

Aparna S
