Transformation
in Schools (Part 1)
The act or process of changing completely is
called as Transformation. Business transformation is a change management
strategy which defines any shift, realignment or fundamental change in business
operations. The aim is to integrate processes, people, systems to better align
the organization with its business strategy and vision.
There are 3 types of

Operational
transformation is making changes to the way you do things to make operations
better, faster, cost effective and transparent.
Core transformation is
moving to a fundamentally different way of operating or changing the business
model.
Strategic
transformation refers to changing the very essence of the organization to a new
focus.

the most important of all of them is the ability to adapt with change.
